Fifty Impressions is a personal blog written by Katherine Fosdick (Katherine Therese Fosdick), an individual based in Depew, New York, United States. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Restaurant Alchemist, Rasmus Munk, any company in which they hold an interest, the MICHELIN Guide, the World's 50 Best Restaurants organisation, or any reservation platform.

This is not Alchemist's official website. Alchemist's official website is operated by the restaurant itself at alchemist.dk, and all bookings, menus, policies and enquiries should be directed there. If you arrived here looking for the restaurant, go there instead.

Names and trade marks

"Alchemist", "MICHELIN", "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" and other names, logos and marks referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here solely to identify and describe the subject of personal commentary and review — nominative use — and no claim of ownership, licence, partnership or endorsement is made or implied.

If you are a rights holder and believe a use on this site goes beyond that, write to info@fiftyimpressions.com and I will review it promptly and act on it if the claim is sound.

I do not take, hold or sell bookings

I do not operate a reservation service. I do not sell, resell, broker, transfer or hold reservations, tables, seats or access of any kind, and I do not accept payment from readers for anything at all. I take no commission on any booking made through any channel described here.

Anyone offering you paid access to a reservation at Alchemist is acting entirely independently of me and, in my opinion, should be treated with considerable caution. Reservations of this type are typically name-linked and non-transferable, and a restaurant is entitled to refuse a party that did not book with it.

Limits of the information

Everything here is provided for general informational purposes and reflects one person's experience on one date. Prices, menus, formats, opening arrangements, policies and availability change frequently and without notice. Figures quoted are those published by the operator at the time of writing and may already be out of date.

Always verify with the restaurant directly before making any decision, booking any travel or committing any money. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, medical or dietary advice. Readers with allergies, intolerances or medical conditions must confirm arrangements with the restaurant itself and must not rely on anything published on this blog.
